Commercial Architect

We are a dynamic architecture firm located in Vejle seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in commercial architecture and your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project budget and schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Experience working on commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, or hotels
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
