Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial building projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being followed correctly.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials, techniques, and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle, Denmark
