Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will involve conducting site visits, analyzing site conditions, creating blueprints and 3D models, and collaborating with engineers and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. You should also possess excellent design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software. Attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to assess site conditions
- Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using design software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Coordinate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Address any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Location: This position is based in Vejle but remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary: Salary for this position starts at $1200 per month but may vary based on experience.
