We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vejle. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural design and construction projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Identify potential risks or obstacles that could affect project success and develop contingency plans.
- Foster a positive working environment within the architecture team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
