Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vejle. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for architectural design and construction projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1300$
Location: Vejle (Preference for male candidates)
