Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Vejle. This individual will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle (must be willing to relocate if not already located in Vejle)

Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
