Contract Architecture Manager in Vejle, Denmark


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Vejle, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project designs accordingly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Make recommendations for process improvements to optimize project efficiency
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and assist with obtaining necessary permits
- Review architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vejle, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
