Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor in Vejle, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a team of nurses. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered. You will also be responsible for evaluating and coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage is maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for patient care needs.
- Assist with training new nurses and orienting them to the facility's policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability when needed.
- Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends in nursing practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license in Vejle or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
