Cashier Supervisor


We are in need of a responsible and experienced Cashier Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cashiers at our retail store in Vejle, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a cashier and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures. This position is suitable for men and comes with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Train new cashiers on proper cash handling procedures and store policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order change funds as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare daily reports on sales, refunds, and voids
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving checkout processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency preferred)

Salary: 1600$
