We are a busy retail store in Vejle, Denmark seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing payments and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Process various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
- Ensure correct pricing of items and apply discounts or promotions as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle returns or exchanges in a timely manner
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the rest of the team when stock is low

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills to calculate prices, taxes, and change for customers
- Attention to detail to ensure pricing accuracy and prevent theft/fraudulent activity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility
