Junior Florist


We are a busy floral shop in Vejle looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Florist. As a Junior Florist, you will learn and assist in all aspects of floral design, from creating arrangements to handling customer orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and a desire to develop their skills in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Learn how to take orders from customers and fulfill them according to their preferences
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the flower inventory and work area
- Assist with pricing and packaging products for sale
- Participate in flower buying trips to local markets or farms
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering suggestions on floral designs
- Develop knowledge about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in designing arrangements
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor towards customers
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and take on various tasks at hand
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods such as holidays or special events
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
