Job Title: Executive Chef for International Restaurant in Vejle



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at an international restaurant in the beautiful city of Vejle. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, creating new and innovative menu items, and maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Create new and innovative menu items
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing
- Handle special requests or dietary restrictions for guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including European, Asian, and Middle Eastern dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for food with a focus on using fresh, local ingredients
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a contract job with a starting salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket assistance for candidates from any nationality.
