Executive Chef for Luxury Hotel in Vejle, Denmark
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our luxury hotel in Vejle, Denmark. As the head chef of our hotel's restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Your expertise in culinary techniques and creativity will elevate our guests' dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that reflect the hotel's brand and vision
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the best quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisine styles and cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
