We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Vejle, Denmark on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for culinary excellence and a strong background in the food industry.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and quality control. You will also be responsible for managing and training our kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to lead by example.

This position does not require previous experience but we are looking for someone with a natural talent and enthusiasm for cooking. We offer free visa and ticket to Denmark as well as a competitive salary of 1200$. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the culinary industry while exploring the beautiful city of Vejle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that cater to different dietary preferences
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with both staff members and customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
