Temporary Restaurant Manager (Vejle, Denmark)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing quality service to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Create schedules for staff members and handle any scheduling conflicts that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu items and special promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff members, and vendors
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ability to track inventory levels accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
This is a temporary position paying $1600 per month.
