Registered Dietitian - Vejle, Denmark

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based nutritional care and education to clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized diet plans for patients with various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients based on their medical conditions, dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, and lifestyle.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on nutrition-related topics such as weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, food allergies or intolerances, etc.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their diet plans.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of nutrition.
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian.
- Current registration with the Danish Health Authority as a Dietitian.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively educate patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
