Executive Chef
As a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our upscale restaurant in Vejle. Your main duties will include creating and implementing seasonal menus, managing food inventory and ordering, ensuring food quality and presentation are up to standards, and training and supervising kitchen staff.
We are seeking a creative and innovative chef with a strong passion for food and a keen eye for detail. You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. A degree in culinary arts or equivalent certification is preferred.
The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have an extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and international cuisine. Strong communication skills are also essential for this role.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you must also have experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring all kitchen operations comply with food safety regulations. You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
