Instrument Technician - Vejle, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on various instruments such as sensors, transmitters, and control valves
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment
- Perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure proper functioning
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Document all maintenance activities in logs or computer systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of various types of instrumentation used in industrial processes
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or certification in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Experience working with process control systems such as SCADA or DCS
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Prior experience working in the oil and gas industry
