Construction Project Manager
Location: Vejle, Denmark
Salary: 900 USD per week


We are in search of an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects from beginning to end
- Create schedules and manage timelines for each phase of the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Effectively manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
