Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee all phases of a project from planning to completion.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Oversee all aspects of construction from planning to completion
- Monitor progress and address any delays or issues
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation and communication with clients
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously

This is an urgent job opportunity with competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU candidates. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
