We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet all requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within specified deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure they stay within approved limits
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues, and resolutions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed
