Construction Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include creating project plans, setting budgets and timelines, hiring and managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction management. You should also have excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and set budgets and timelines
- Hire and manage subcontractors and oversee their work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality of workmanship
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
