Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager for our company in Vejle, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as contractors, subcontractors, and clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as maintaining quality standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Review project proposals and contracts to identify potential risks or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and approve expenses
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Denmark

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. However, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
