Job Title: Welder



As a Welder at our company in Vejle, you will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and operating welding equipment. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills and knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You should also have experience working with various metals including steel, aluminum, and copper. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate welding methods based on material type and project requirements
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper gas flow and voltage settings
- Clean, prepare, and assemble metal parts before welding
- Operate welding equipment to join metal components together
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections
- Conduct basic maintenance on welding equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working with hot metals and gases

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding is preferred
- Proven experience as a Welder using various techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Familiarity with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, copper
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Safety-conscious mindset
