Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- File and organize documents
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with booking travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. This position does not include accommodation.
