Office Assistant - Part Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Vejle. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and supporting office operations. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules and appointments
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents
- Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Handle incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate person
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be available for around 20 hours per week.
Location:
This position is based in Vejle. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed.
