Job Title: Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales department and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Identify potential new clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
- Track sales performance and report on progress to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and delivery of products/services
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluent in Danish (written & spoken)
Preferred: Experience in the industry/location
