We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against goals
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to achieve company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market landscape

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
