Barber at a High-End Barbershop in Vejle

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barber to join our high-end barbershop in Vejle. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing excellent hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. Your main goal will be to create a positive and enjoyable experience for each client while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their hair type, desired style, and any specific requests
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client's preferences
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
- Keep up with current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of various hair cutting techniques, styles, and products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in creating unique styles for each client
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Valid barber/cosmetology license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission on sales. Tips are also common in this profession.
