Contract Baker - Vejle, Denmark

We are a busy bakery in Vejle, Denmark seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs or batters according to recipes
- Bake different types of breads, pastries, and desserts in ovens or other baking equipment
- Decorate and present finished products for display or packaging
- Ensure quality control by checking for proper texture, color, and taste of finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work area
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation of baked goods
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy trays or equipment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
In this contract position, the salary will be 1400$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens.
