Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary to ensure proper baking times and finished products
- Utilize various techniques such as kneading, shaping, decorating, and glazing to create high-quality baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, following food safety standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient quantities and placing orders when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, fats, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position.
