Part-Time Administrator
Location: Vejle, Denmark
As a part-time administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to the team. Your main duties will include data entry, updating records, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. You will also be required to assist with customer inquiries and communicate with other departments within the company.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. As this is a part-time position, flexibility in working hours is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone or email
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the company
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility in working hours
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
