Administrator
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our company. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between different departments, and providing support to senior staff members. Responsibilities:
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Maintaining accurate records of company expenses and invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing support to senior staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
