Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes assessing damage, planning and executing repairs, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to repair dents, scratches, rust, and other damage on different types of vehicles. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in completing jobs within given timeframes.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair method
- Planning repairs by studying repair orders, parts lists, and technical specifications
- Repairing or replacing damaged body parts using various tools such as hammers, drills, welding equipment, etc.
- Filling holes, dents, and other imperfections in body panels
- Sanding, priming, and painting repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Inspecting completed repairs for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicating with customers regarding repair status and any additional needed repairs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for body repair
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations
