Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through a variety of channels. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing business relationships
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
