Hotel Sales Manager


A luxurious hotel in Vejle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy for the hotel. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the hotel
- Actively promote the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients through various channels such as trade shows, industry events, and social media
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of Vejle's local market is preferred
