We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a part-time position with the possibility of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and managing schedules
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training when necessary
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication in a professional manner
- Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 900$ per month.

Location:
The office is located in Vejle, Denmark. However, remote work may be possible depending on the current situation.
