Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to hotel guests in Vejle. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs and requests, making reservations for local activities and restaurants, organizing transportation, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation as requested by guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys or comments cards and take necessary action to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to hotel standards of conduct
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills would be an asset)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
