Part-time Concierge

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-time Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential building in Vejle. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, managing inquiries and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. This is an ideal role for students or individuals without prior experience looking to gain valuable skills in the hospitality industry. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage all incoming inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas in the building
- Coordinate services such as dry cleaning, package deliveries, and restaurant reservations for residents
- Maintain accurate records of all requests, incidents, and maintenance issues
- Act as a liaison between residents and building management to resolve any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and health standards

Requirements:
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Vejle
