As a Concierge at our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing personalized and efficient service. Your duties will include arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, booking tickets to events and attractions, and assisting with any other requests our guests may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting. You must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Danish. Additional language skills are considered a plus. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.
