Our luxury hotel in Vejle is seeking a seasonal concierge to join our team for the busy summer season. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs and requests are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is an entry-level position, making it perfect for those without prior experience looking to gain valuable skills in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations and tickets for guests as requested
- Coordinate special requests such as room upgrades or celebratory amenities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with check-in/out procedures as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism-related education preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
