Our food delivery company is seeking a reliable and efficient Food Delivery Courier to join our team in Jizan. As a Food Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from local restaurants to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to ride a bicycle or motorbike for long periods of time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deliveries at once.
- Previous experience in food delivery or related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up food orders from designated restaurants and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Safely transport food orders to customers while following traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Accept payments from customers using company-provided payment methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles at all times.
- Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
Salary:
$1100 per month, plus tips.
