Food Delivery Courier

A food delivery courier is responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. They are the face of our company and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. As a food delivery courier, you will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants and delivering them to customers' homes or offices. You will need to have your own mode of transportation, such as a bike or car, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and review food orders from restaurants
- Plan the most efficient route for delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle cash payments and return change when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, friendly, and professional at all times
- Respond to any customer inquiries or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and payments received

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have your own mode of transportation (bike, car, etc.)
- Valid driver's license
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This position requires you to work on a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be exposed to various weather conditions while making deliveries. As you will be handling cash payments, honesty and integrity are essential qualities for this role.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus tips.
