Food Delivery Courier



As a Food Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will ensure that the food is delivered in its best condition and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive food orders from restaurants and ensure accuracy of the order
- Use navigation tools to find the most efficient route to deliver food orders
- Safely transport food orders to customers' locations
- Handle cash payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, friendly and professional
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Hail, Nepal (Preference for Nepali nationals)
