Waiter for Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are a bustling Indian cuisine restaurant located in the vibrant city of Riyadh. We are currently seeking experienced waiters to join our team on a temporary basis. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian nationality
- Fluent in Hindi and/or English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in an Indian restaurant
- Valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests' orders
- Ensure tables are clean, set up correctly, and ready for new guests
- Check on customers regularly throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction with food quality and service
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with cleaning duties as needed
