Waiter - Indian Cuisine


We are currently hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. This position requires someone with previous experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine.

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining the cleanliness of your designated work area.

This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. As this is a temporary position, it does not come with accommodation. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle payments from customers using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and carry trays of food and drinks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service oriented mindset
