English Tutor
A well-established language center in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced and passionate English tutor to join our team. This position is open to both Indian and African candidates, as we believe in diversity and inclusivity in our workplace. As an English tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons based on the needs and abilities of individual students
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities that promote language acquisition
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and their parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and share teaching resources
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for students
- Communicate with parents/guardians regularly to provide updates on student progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred)
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second/foreign language
- Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Passion for teaching and ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds
