Inventory Manager (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing the company's stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory turnover
- Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials based on forecasted demand
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Analyze data and generate reports on inventory status, trends, and variances
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and develop strategies to reduce excess stock
- Train and supervise warehouse staff in proper inventory handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain efficiency
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an Inventory Manager or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Familiarity with inventory management best practices
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken) is preferred but not required
