Indian Restaurant Manager in Doha, Qatar


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and monitoring financial performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and be familiar with Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Create work schedules for staff based on business needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for the owner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Must have own valid visa to work in Qatar.
