Senior Industrial Engineer


Our fast-growing manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for qualified Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Create and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures
- Train and mentor junior industrial engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodology
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry, specifically in production optimization
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Salary: 1700$ per month (with visa sponsorship)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
